All the fancy terms that salespeople and marketers use mean nothing if you can't grow relationships and thus sales.
No-B.S. kindness
Lots of people will be kind to you only because they want something. That's not genuine and isn't what I offer.
Work with people not egos.
We all have something we can learn from one another. Expertise in one subject should not equal arrogance.
Acting is greater than thinking.
People see actions and give feedback. People can't see internal ideas. To grow our ideas and beliefs, we must act.
Respect is the currency of business.
More important than being liked is being respected. If you aim to be liked, you reflect others' principles. If you aim to be respected, you share your principles. The rock that holds against a flowing river is seen as powerful and trusted. My values are that the rock.
Win together
If someone has to 'lose' for you to win a sale, you're a relationship destroyer. Meaning if your customer gives up much more that what you provide, you tricked someone out of their money. Wining together means both are uplifted by the transaction equally.
